Ordering is easy:
with item number and description, price and quantity. We will email you back with an invoice that you may pay via
the internet with Paypal - We've been using this method for 4 years and it's very safe and effective. The site is encrypted
and you have nothing to worry about. **DO NOT Send me your credit card information via email; it's NOT SAFE.
2. Phone us at: 506.684.8704, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm Atlantic Standard Time. If we do not answer, please leave a
clear message so that we may contact you to complete your order. **Never use a Cell Phone to give out your Credit
Cardinformation. Always use a landline.
Payment methods accepted:
1. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, American Express is accepted through our Paypal account. It's our preferred method of
payment. You do NOT need a paypal account to safely pay through paypal - you needonly follow instructions on the
invoice we send you.
2. Visa and Mastercard over the phone at 506.684.8704.
3. Registered Cheque and Canadian Money Orders.
Taxes:
Canadian taxes apply -
If you're from the following provinces, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia,Newfoundland and Labrador, you must pay the 13% HST. If you're from any of the remaining provinces, you pay only 5%.
**Please note that certain products on our website are sold by artists who are not registered with the government and therefore do not collect the taxes on their products. (Handmade sewn items and the photography are not taxable.)
Shipping Method:
We ship via Canada Post accross Canada, the USA and overseas.
Shipping prices vary with the size and weight of the items. You will be charged the exact shipping price plus a $3 handling fee.
Insurance:
All orders $100 or more are insured automatically.
Return Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied, please return your item within 30-days with a copy of your invoice, credit card invoice and we will reimburse your money no questions asked (Item must be in the same shape it was when it left my store - I will not accept any scratched, broken or bent items for refund.)We do not make any returns on shipping charges. You'll be refunded for your purchase ONLY (we will not refund shipping nor pay for shippping on exchanged item.) - Thank you for your understanding.
*There are NO returns or refunds on custom or special order pieces.
**Exception to the 30-day return policy: Our collection of 14k gold-filled jewelry is backed up by a lifetime warranty against tarnish (certain conditions apply - 14k gold-filled is very durable if you take proper care of it - the warranty will NOT apply if I see evidence of neglect or abuse of the piece.)
